“I started to see that people weren’t just painting.
They were empowering themselves through the energy of the group.”
— Pamela Lodigiani

We don’t just paint.
We reconnect. We rewire. We restore.

Coaching Through Art

When You’re Carrying Too Much,
Creativity Can Carry You

We carry invisible blocks: The belief we must be good at something to enjoy it.
Maybe you’ve said: “I’m not creative.” Or “I haven’t painted since school.”

That expressing ourselves is a luxury. That healing is only for those in crisis.

These sessions offer an alternative. A different kind of room.

One where no one is judged, and everyone is invited.

Through color, movement, and reflection, we soften the edges of our stories, and discover something new.

If this sounds familiar, there’s another way forward.
These sessions aren’t about becoming an artist.
They’re about becoming more yourself.

You leave with:

A personal masterpiece, a simple mindfulness technique to use at work, and a memory of laughter with someone new.

You leave with a clearer mind and a real sense of calm. Most people feel lighter and more relaxed, often realizing how much stress they were holding. Creating gives your nervous system a chance to reset.

Most importantly, you reconnect with yourself and others. These sessions aren’t about talent or performance. They’re about showing up, feeling supported, and remembering what matters.

This is your space to feel again.

“Through art, I help people disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with their deeper self. Sometimes, just being off your phone and in a creative space for two hours changes everything.”

— Pamela Lodigiani

  • ABOUT PAMELA

Some lives unfold in straight lines. Mine moved through structure before flowing into color.

I trained as an architect and engineer in Milan, only to discover that what truly lit me up was art, connection, and authenticity. Life offered its invitation. First softly. Then all at once. It was time to return to what mattered most.

After becoming a mother I walked away from a structured life that no longer reflected who I was. I created this path not just for myself but for others who feel the call to live with purpose, creativity, and joy. My work is rooted in personal transformation.

Art became my sanctuary.

Then it became my method. Today, it’s how I help others transform.
My childhood experiences with art became a refuge. I created Art Bubbles not just as a space to paint,
but as a space to remember. Who you are. What you love. And what becomes possible when creativity leads.
Later I chose to honor that inner knowing and reshape my career around it.

Now I hold space for others to return to themselves. To feel seen. To feel heard.
To feel uplifted through creativity.

Creativity is a birthright, not a bonus.

What guides us isn’t just technique. It’s truth, connection, and care.

Creativity over perfection: Everyone is welcome, and no experience is needed.

Presence over pressure: These sessions are held gently, with respect for your pace.

Expression over explanation: You don’t need to justify your emotions . You can paint them.

Community over comparison: We create side by side, not in competition.

Playfulness over performance: Transformation doesn’t have to be hard. It can be joyful, colorful, and shared.
